The kitchen presented has a contemporary style marked by the presence of straight lines, use of burnt cement, lighting, and coating of cabinets with smooth doors.
The cuisine was inspired by chef Erick Jacquin, French eradicated in Brazil, and represents sophistication with functional spaces. We have two separate sinks: one for washing pots and the other for food preparation. We have a large table that is connected to the island showing how much the environment represents the warmth of the family around the act of cooking. The space of 85 square meters (approximately 914 sq feet) is integrated with the cellar area and a corner like a side room with a sofa and chairs.
Notice that the wall with bricks is a focal point in this space and their plants are hanging. There you can have indoor plants and spices to use in food preparation. The floor is covered with a light color porcelain tile. Porcelain can be used in spaces with or without heating under it and is easy to clean. On the other side of the space, we have black appliances and wood covering the furniture and interior wall. Light grey cabinetry combined with track lighting fixtures gives more amplitude to the area.
A nice idea for kitchens, in general, is the use of a ceiling fan range hood. In this kitchen, we see it in a classical white but today we can find it in sleek models and diverse finishing so it is discreet while providing a smoke-free environment.
