Shop with confidence: shop policies and returns

Our products are picked thinking about the many needs of our clients. We work with trade orders, it means, you are buying directly from the manufacturer like you are a professional in the design area. Usually the designers have a markup on the difference and still clients get a good product with a great price since it has shipping and handling fees covered in the price.

To make it all possible we have a partnership with SideDoor that is the company that fulfills your order, take care of logistics and customer service. Their customer support (info@onsidedoor.com) will be happy to answer your questions regarding delivery, purchases and damages if they occur.

The SideDoor will arrange for a repair or change of product if the product is damaged on the way to your home. However they will not take returns, exchanges or cancellations as products are coming straight from the manufacturers to your door. Check your package as they are delivered, taking pictures if there is damage and contact their customer service (info@onsidedoor.com) right away. 

Your product will be shipped mostly by a freight carrier in your area. SideDoor will communicate with your during the process so wait for a email. Once the furniture is close to you the freight carrier will get in contact to schedule a delivery date.

If you need help with packaging removal, light assembly, and placement use the “white glove” service option when choosing your delivery mode. Otherwise the delivery will be a regular kind where the delivery personnel can help to leave it right inside your house or leave it at your doorstep.

Not finding a specific color or size for your project? We can have it added to the system so you can order.
